Annual US-Ireland Alliance/Morgan Stanley London Reception

12 September, 2018.  One hundred people gathered at the Marylebone Hotel in London for the annual US-Ireland Alliance/Morgan Stanley reception. Those in attendance included representatives from the American and Irish Embassies, Lord Iveagh, George J. Mitchell Scholars and a diverse group of guests in the arts, finance, tech, law and journalism.

Caroline McLaughlin of Morgan Stanley’s Net-Eire group welcomed guests. US-Ireland Alliance founder Trina Vargo recognized the George J. Mitchell Scholars who were present. Gerald Angley, Political Counsellor of the Irish Embassy thanked Lord Iveagh for the many contributions the Guinness family has made to the Irish state. He also gave the guests an update on BREXIT negotiations and the Northern Ireland border.
